• Timeframe: Most unused and resalable items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid Sepulveda Building Material receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. This includes original sales receipts, order confirmations, or packing slips.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing components will not be accepted.
