About LaHabra Stucco 16 oz. Standard Color Pack – Mesa Verde
Mesa Verde isn’t your everyday neutral—it’s cooler, quieter, and rooted in the kind of tones you see in sagebrush, weathered stone, or mountain shadow. Ideal for exteriors that want to feel calm and cohesive with their environment, this soft green-gray brings a fresh take to stucco surfaces without leaning flashy or trendy.
This 16 oz. dry pigment pack is portioned for direct use with a 90 lb. LaHabra finish coat bag. Mix it with Base 100 for a classic stucco texture or Base 200 for a finer, smoother look. The pigment dissolves evenly during mixing, helping you avoid patchy or inconsistent color results.
Mesa Verde works well on homes with wood trim, black metal accents, stone walkways, or xeriscaped yards. It’s also a strong option for commercial projects that call for subtle earth tones and minimal visual noise.

Is Mesa Verde more green or gray?
It’s a true blend of both. Some lighting will bring out the green more, while overcast skies may show more of the gray.
Will it work for accent areas only?
Yes. Mesa Verde is a great color for contrast walls, outdoor kitchens, garden borders, or entryway arches.
How does it look against darker roofing materials?
Very balanced. The muted tone works well with charcoal, dark brown, or black roof tiles without creating harsh contrast.
Can I mix it by hand?
You can, though a mechanical mixer gives more consistent color results, especially for larger jobs.
Is this color prone to fading?
It’s made with UV-stable pigments. Like any outdoor material, some weathering will happen over time, but it holds up well compared to most exterior colors.
