Product Overview: ARDEX FL Grout – Polar White

ARDEX FL Grout – Polar White is a professional-grade, preblended sanded tile grout powder. It is formulated for tile and stone joint filling applications where a sanded grout is specified.

Technical Specifications

• Material composition: Portland cement-based, polymer-modified grout.
• Grout joint width: Designed for joints 1/16″” to 1/2″” (1.5 mm to 12.7 mm).
• Packaging options: Available in 25 lb (11.3 kg) bags and 10 lb (4.5 kg) boxes.
• Mixing ratio: 2 1/4 – 2 1/2 quarts (2.1 – 2.3 L) of water per 25 lb bag; 28 – 32 oz (0.8 – 0.9 L) of water per 10 lb box.
• Pot life / working time: Approximately 30 minutes.
• Open to traffic: Approximately 90 minutes.
• Performance hardness (Brinell): 1 day ~5,000 psi; 3 days ~6,500 psi; 7 days ~8,000 psi; 28 days ~8,700 psi.
• Standards / classification: Meets or exceeds ANSI 118.7; ISO classification CG2 WA.
• VOC: 0.
• Storage & shelf life: Store in a cool, dry area; shelf life 1 year if unopened.

Suitable applications include interior and exterior floor and wall tile installations, showers, swimming pools, and other wet-area applications with pH-balanced water. This product is compatible with porcelain, glass, quarry, ceramic, mosaic, and most natural stone tiles.
