Techniseal HP NextGel Southern Granite is a polymeric jointing sand formulated as a blend of graded sand and polymeric binder. As part of the HP NextGel product family, this jointing material is intended for use with pavers, slabs, and natural stone.

• Particle Size Distribution: 100% passing No. 8 sieve (2.38 mm); <5% passing No. 200 sieve (0.074 mm) per ASTM C-136.
• Standards & Test References: Particle sizing exceeds ASTM C-144 standards. Compression strength (ASTM C-109) is reported > 1000 psi. Water absorption (ASTM C-642) is < 10%.
• Surface Hardness: Mohs hardness > 5 for grey sands; > 6 for tan/beige sands.
• Coverage (per 50 lb bag): Approximately 60–120 sq. ft. for narrow joints; 25–40 sq. ft. for wide joints.
• Packaging: Supplied in 50 lb bags; standard pallet quantity is 56 bags per pallet.
