Product Overview LaHabra Allegro Cement Coating

LaHabra Allegro Cement Coating is a cement-based, colored coating formulated specifically for application to portland cement surfaces. This powder product is used in conjunction with a liquid pigment system to produce an integrally colored, flat, non-gloss cement coating.

Technical Specifications

• Binder Base: Portland cement, hydrated lime, and proprietary ingredients.
• Finish: Flat, non-gloss.
• Color: Supplied white or field-tinted using a liquid pigment system; standard color ranges and custom colors available.
• Water Vapor Permeability: Vapor permeable (does not create a vapor barrier).
• Packaging / Unit of Sale: 12 lb (5.4 kg) dry bags plus accompanying liquid pigment system.
• Approximate Coverage: 320–480 ft² per 12 lb bag when applied in two coats (coverage varies with substrate and method of application).
• Mixing Water: Nominally 2.5 gallons of potable water per 12 lb bag; up to 3.5 gallons maximum for certain low‑pressure spray applications (amounts vary by equipment and surface).
• Drying and Curing: Drying approximately 1 hour under normal conditions; complete cure reported in approximately 24 hours under normal conditions.
• Storage: Store under cool, dry conditions and keep product off the ground.

Applications & Material Features

LaHabra Allegro Cement Coating is supplied as a dry mix designed to be combined on-site with a liquid pigment system for tinting. It is formulated for spray application in multiple coats. The product is water-soluble for tool cleanup prior to drying. Color selection includes standard factory color ranges and custom tinting options.
